Where do you ship?

We ship across India, the United Kingdom and the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders within India. Orders to the UK and USA ship free when the order total is ₹15,000 or more. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Within India, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders usually take 10–21 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Which currency will I be charged in?

All orders are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown in other currencies are approximate conversions. Your bank or card provider converts the final amount.

Can I return or exchange a rug?

All sales are final and we don't offer returns or exchanges. If your rug has a manufacturing defect, email us at info@rustictales.com within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace it with the same product. See our Refund policy for full details.

How do I care for my rug?

• The rug may arrive with a few creases. They flatten out after a few days of use.
• Don't pull loose threads. Trim them with scissors.
• Clean with a low-pressure vacuum. For deeper cleaning, use professional dry cleaning.
• A rug pad is recommended to improve durability and prevent slipping.

Do you make custom sizes or take bulk orders?
